How to view your data

To check on the data sync from Aimerce to Klaviyo:

1. In your Klaviyo account, click on Metrics.
2. Select AimerceApp on the list of All Integrations.

Here, you’ll see recent events synced from Aimerce to Klaviyo.

Data synced from Aimerce

Events from Aimerce sync to Klaviyo in real time. The data synced from Aimerce to Klaviyo includes:

• Known site visitors tracked as Active on Site events (if you left the onsite JavaScript setting checked)
• Customer information associated with order events
• The following events:
  • Checkout Started - AIM SS
  • Placed Order - AIM SS
  • Added to Cart - AIM SS
  • Page Viewed - AIM SS
  • Viewed Product - AIM SS
  • Init - AIM SS

Synced events and their properties

Checkout Started

This event is triggered after a user started checkout process.

The top-level properties of the event in Klaviyo are:

• Items: Items included in the order.
• Collections: Collections linked to the items included in the order.
• Item count: Total number of items included in the order.
